A management company lost a major customer that represented one-third of their business and needed to right-size their company. The Client was heavily reliant on technology, but had neglected upgrades for over 10 years.

They had both a major loss of revenue and it occurred at a time when a significant upgrade needed to be made in the technology supporting their business. Otherwise they could not recoup the loss of the customer and grow again.

Network Resource Technologies Corp approached their problems from the business perspective while doing a thorough technology assessment. We designed and implemented an entire data network upgrade, plus we upgraded their call center telephony system from a legacy TDM system to a state-of-the- art Cisco VoIP call center.

The Result

The network and voice system upgrades allowed the Client to streamline their operations, lowering overhead significantly, while still maintaining high customer satisfaction.
