We will set a budget of hours for your needs and you will receive an invoice once the work is done. The work is billed at an hourly rate.
Block of Hours
Set a budget of hours that will cover your support needs on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
Managed Services
Roll all your support needs into a fixed contract on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis and you will receive a set of pre-determined support activities for one price. The price will be determined according to your network size and complexity and it will not change. You will receive reports on your network condition.
